- Place the palm of your RIGHT hand over your RIGHT eye.
- Look at the chart, then write the number that corresponds to the line you are able to fully and clearly read.
- Place the palm of your LEFT hand over your LEFT eye and write the number that corresponds to the line you are able to fully and clearly read.
